INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT

After receiving the participant's documents, EUROYOUTH makes an analysis of the CVs, motivation letters and application form and matches the participant's profile with the partner companies and institutions availability and requirements, making sure abilities, skills, and expectations will be satisfied.

In the first days of the Programme in Lisbon, an EUROYOUTH Programme Coordinator will interview all Participants and introduce them to their future "employer".

During the internship placement, the coordinator will make the appropriate follow-up in the organizations / companies where the internship takes place and help the Participants with any problems that might arise.

At the end of the Programme a final report will be made.

CERTIFICATION

One of the Quality Commitment of EUROYOUTH is Certification of the whole Programme, therefore all Participants will be entitled to:

• Language Course Certificate
• Internship Certificate
• EUROYOUTH Certificate

Access and copies of the Participants' evaluation will be assured together with all Certificates.

TUTORING & MONITORING

Along the whole Programme, the Promotor and Participants will be assured the following quality services, some already described above:

• Constant availability of the EUROYOUTH team to support Promoter and Participant
• Presentation / welcoming session
• Emergency phone 24h/day
• Certification
• Europass, if required
• Follow-up
• Middle and final evaluation with the groups
• Monthly Informal Meeting for whole Participants of EUROYOUTH to socialize
• Final report containing evaluations and certificates from accommodation, internship and Language course, as well as EUROYOUTH evaluation of the Programme.
